Our focus has always been to help clients feel great about their home. My goal from the beginning has been to deliver quality workmanship with 5-star customer service. I come from a family of proud contractors and a father who’s also an architect and urban planner. So you can say planning & building is in my blood.

Moving from Columbus, Ohio in 1986, Carol has experienced the expansive growth and development in Palm Beach County ever since. She has seen trends come and go. In view of the sleek, contemporary look of today, Carol likes to joke “I’ve been responsible for more corbels and egg and dart molding than I care to admit.” Her main professional focus has always been the Kitchen and Bath areas, but she also has extensive experience with plumbing, lighting, flooring, and interiors. She prides herself on listening to the clients’ wish list while also keeping an eye on the bottom line. Great design within the client’s comfort zone is part of the process. “I love helping others find their look while also enhancing the value of their home and sense of pride.”
Emily started at Benchmark in July 2017 as a receptionist and appointment scheduling. In July 2018 Emily became the Operations Manager for the Florida location. She then got promoted to the Sales Support Supervisor in 2020. Some of the functions she is involved with are customer relations, accounting, and sales support. Emily may be the 2nd youngest in the company but she is the glue to hold everything together. Emily says, “Working with Benchmark is like having a second family away from home during the week. We trust and care for everyone including our customers.”
Client Service Specialist
Shaneke joined the Benchmark family in June 2020. She’s originally from Jamaica, where she spent most of her life. She enjoys working with people and meeting customer expectations. Some of her function includes setting appointments and customer relations. Shaneke believes that with hard work anything is possible.
